Q : What is QFR's minimum lease agreement?
A : QFR offers short term lease agreements with 3 and 6 month minimums. The lease agreement will continue on a month to month basis after the minimum requirement is fulfilled.

Q : Can I pick out my own furniture for rental?
A : QFR has a showroom in St. Paul with a large selection of rental furniture that you can choose from to fit your taste and budget.

Q : What do you need in order to rent furniture?
A : To rent with QFR all that is required is your first months rent plus delivery fee and an approved credit application.

Q : How soon can I have my furniture delivered?
A : QFR has 4 trucks and warehouse crew that is eager to deliver your furniture. We deliver Monday - Friday and can normally offer you next day delivery.

Q : Does QFR sell furniture?
A : QFR not only offers rental furniture, but we sell furniture also. We sell new furniture at competitive prices and pre-leased furniture at even lower prices.

Q : What are QFR's store hours?
A : QFR is open Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Closed Sunday.

Q : Do you have a security deposit?
A : No deposit required. It only takes your first months rent and transportation charge to start your account with us.

Q : Do I need to come into the showroom to rent furniture?
A : We can make your life easier by setting up your account by fax or online if you are unable to visit our showroom.

Q : Do I have to be present for delivery?
A : With your permission, often times we are able to go directly to your leasing office to obtain the key. That way, your furniture will be all set up before your arrival.

Q : Do I get the same furniture that is shown on this website?
A : The pictures shown are great examples of what comes in and out of our showroom. Let us know which pictures you are interested in and we will check our stock for you.
